TOP10 How to glowing skin

This is based on my research and personal opinion.


1. DRINK atleast 15-18 glasses of water daily.                    

2. BALANCED DIET [fruits,meats,fish,vegies]


3. SLEEP atleast 7-8 hrs a day.


4. EXERCISE. even a 30mins walk will do.               


5. take a BATH everyday.


6. apply moisturizing lotion/creme w/ spf. The higher the spf the better.


7. don't put too much chemicals on face or body.


8. CLEANSE your skin twice daily specially before bed time[once if your skin is dry]


9. NO to DRUGS,CIGARETTE & too much ALCOHOL.


10. always SMILE. be HAPPY
