How to lose weight tip

Banana diet

How to do:

Breakfast: eat 2pcs of banana everyday

Lunch: you can eat anything you want but no desert.

Dinner: sky is the limit but you can only eat 4 hours before bedtime

*not applicble to those with high sugar level.or to those people that dont have a regular activities*

RESULT: lose upto 30 lbs in just 3 months

ps. drink a lot of water to prevent constipation.
